以建兰花叶病毒海南分离物RNA为模板，通过RT－PCR扩增其外壳蛋白基因，克隆并测序。测出此基因大小为666nt，核苷酸顺序与文献报道序列同源性为88．8％～96．1％，推算出的氨基酸同源性为75．6％～91．0％，外壳蛋白亚基氨基酸顺序差异主要在近C-端部分。另外，利用反转录-PCR法检测香草兰上的建兰花叶病毒。
The coat protein gene was amplified by RT-PCR from the RNA of Hainan orchid isolate mosaic virus and cloned and sequenced. The size of the gene was 666nt. The nucleotide sequence was 88.8% ~ 96.1% homologous to that reported in the literature, and deduced amino acid homology of 75.6% ~ 91.0% Subunit amino acid sequence differences mainly in the near C-terminal part. In addition, the reverse transcription-PCR method was used to detect vanilla blue orchid mosaic virus.
