液压系统中过剩压力和过剩流量是产生能耗的根本原因。因此,减少压力过剩,使系统供压尽量接近负载压力和减少流量过剩,使液压系统节能。特别是对于负载流量大的系统,减少压力过剩是节能的有效方法。减少压力过剩可采用负载感应,旁路节流和恒流动力源实现。本文介绍和分析了负载感应原理以及采用该原理研制的负载感应元件的结构、性能和应用。
Excessive pressure and excess flow in hydraulic systems are the root cause of energy consumption. Therefore, the reduction of excess pressure, the system for pressure as close to the load pressure and reduce excess flow, the hydraulic system to save energy. Especially for systems with large load, reducing excess pressure is an effective way to save energy. Reduce the pressure overload can be load sensing, bypass throttling and constant current power source to achieve. This paper introduces and analyzes the load sensing principle and the structure, performance and application of the load sensing element developed by this principle.
