材料和方法 为评价颞下颌关节(TMJ)滑膜炎或软骨退变之临床表现和关节镜所见与滑液一氧化氮(NO)水平之间的关系,作者选取15例有TMJ内紊乱或关节炎女性患者的20个TMJ和11例TMJ正常女性的14个TMJ。抽取其TMJ滑液,采用高敏感性和特异性化学发光技术测定滑液中NO浓度,并与TMJ临床表现和关节镜所见进行对照研究。 结果和讨论 有TMJ内紊乱和关节炎者滑液NO浓度(0.331μmol/mg),明显高于TMJ正常者(0.001μmol/mg P<0.0001);有关节痛者(15个)NO浓度
Materials and Methods To evaluate the clinical manifestations of synovitis or cartilage degeneration in temporomandibular joint (TMJ) and the relationship between arthroscopy and synovial fluid nitric oxide (NO) levels, we selected 15 patients with TMJ disorganization or 20 TMJs in arthritis women and 14 TMJs in 11 TMJ normal women. The TMJ synovial fluid was extracted and the concentration of NO in synovial fluid was determined by high sensitivity and specific chemiluminescence. The results were compared with TMJ clinical findings and arthroscopy findings. RESULTS AND DISCUSSION There were disturbances in TMJ and synovial fluid NO concentration (0.331μmol / mg) in TMJ group, which were significantly higher than those in TMJ normal group (0.001μmol / mg P <0.0001)
