无线电爱好者在实际制作中经常会遇到自制线路板敷铜面不易上锡,以及高频线圈等需镀银处理这些难题,这里介绍一个小装置可使以上难题得以解决。电路见图1。这里运用的是电解法镀银,VT和D2接成恒流电路,R3及W用来改变恒流源工作电流,使之在50至100毫安的范围内变化。电源正极接一个石墨棒,VT集电极接待镀物件。接上电源将两电极放入电解液中便可使带正电的银离子向负极移动并析出,最终吸敷在被镀物件上。
