针对目前IDR工艺采用冷阱设备进行残留UF_6捕集流程中存在的操作复杂、耗时耗力、效率极低且存在较多不安全因素等弊端,根据热箱的操作原理和结构特点,结合IDR工艺生产实践经验,提出热箱控制的要求;围绕热箱控制的要求,重点介绍了热箱正料生产联动控制、残料生产联动控制和人机界面的设计。经生产实践检验,热线控制系统满足设计要求,生产线的直收率、生产效率和节能方面均有显著提升,在同行业具有较大的推广意义。
According to the operating principle and structural characteristics of the hot box and the combination of the IDR (Reverse Oscillation Rate), aiming at the disadvantages of the IDF process, such as complicated operation, time-consuming and labor-intensive, low efficiency and many unsafe factors, The practical experience of process production puts forward the requirements of hot box control.
