海府[2008]2号各区人民政府、市政府直属各有关单位:《海口市安置房建设使用管理暂行规定》已经十四届市政府第11次常务会议审议通过,现予颁布实施。二○○八年一月五日海口市安置房建设使用管理暂行规定第一章总则第一条为加强本市安置房建设与使用的管理,明确相关部门职责,使政府统建的安置房建设与使用规范有序,根据《中华人民共和国城乡规划法》、《中华人民共和国土地管理法》、《中华人民共和国建筑法》、《经济适用住房管理办法》、《海口市旧城区(城中村)改造拆迁补偿安置若干意见》(试行)等法律法规,结合本市实际,制定本规定。
