目的掌握南沙口岸鼠形动物携带汉坦病毒的本底情况,为制定防治措施提供依据。方法 2013年5月-2014年4月采用笼捕法和夹夜法对南沙口岸鼠形动物进行监测,采用实时荧光RT-PCR法对鼠肺进行汉坦病毒检测。结果共捕获鼠型动物538只,隶属2科6种,分别为臭鼩、褐家鼠、黄胸鼠、板齿鼠、小家鼠、黄毛鼠,其中臭鼩为优势种,占鼠种构成的53.2%;共采集538份鼠肺检测汉坦病毒,阳性率为2.6%,基因型均为汉城型。结论南沙口岸鼠形动物携带汉坦病毒,存在鼠形动物传播肾综合征出血热的风险,应加强监测和病原学检测,采取防治鼠形动物的措施。
Objective To understand the background of hantavirus carried by mouse-shaped animals in Nansha Port, and to provide basis for prevention and control measures. Methods From May 2013 to April 2014, the rats in Nansha port were monitored by cage catching method and nocturnal catching method, and the hantavirus was detected by real-time fluorescence RT-PCR. Results A total of 538 mouse-type animals were captured, belonging to 2 families and 6 species, respectively, stinkbug, Rattus norvegicus, Rattus flavipectus, Brachiaria, Mus musculus, Rattus rat, of which the stinkbug is the dominant species, 53.2%. A total of 538 rat lungs were collected for the detection of Hantavirus. The positive rate was 2.6%. All the genotypes were Seoul-type. Conclusion The rat of Nansha port carries the Hantaan virus, which may cause the risk of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome in rats. Therefore, monitoring and etiological testing should be strengthened to prevent and treat rodents.
