男35例,女10例,13～64岁。冬春两季发病占73%。急性发热起病38例,咳嗽、胸痛起病6例,胸片体检发现1例。44例有咳嗽,可有寒战、咳痰、胸痛、胸闷或呼吸困难、头痛、全身痛、厌食、恶心、湿罗音、呼吸音低、胸腔积液等症征。X线可见局限于一肺或两肺的一灶性和多灶性病变,可呈周围模糊的片状影、密度不匀的斑片影、多灶
