集约型工业原料林在生态优先的前提下以木材生产为主要任务。派阳山林场从粗放经营向低碳绿色经营转变的过程中,通过不断改进经营技术和创新管理体制取得了良好的经营效果,不仅实现了森林资源数量和质量的稳步提升,而且切实增加了职工收入,提高了林场经济效益,充分发挥了国有林场在保障国家木材安全中的主力军作用。创新工业原料林经营管理模式是一次工业原料型国有林场改革的有益尝试。
