(一)会议概况第二届国际旋转机械振动会议于1980年9月1日至4日在英国剑桥邱吉尔学院召开。会议由英国、西德、美国、日本四个国家的机械工程师学会及机械和机械结构原理国际联盟共同发起,由英国机械工程师学会主办。会议每四年召开一次。第一届会议于1976年9月在同一地点召开。参加本届会议的有来自近20个国家的约180名代表(我国是第一次派代表参加会议),
(I) Conference Overview The 2nd International Conference on Vibration of Rotating Machinery was held at Churchill College in Cambridge, UK from September 1 to September 1980. Meeting by the United Kingdom, West Germany, the United States, Japan, four countries Institute of Mechanical Engineers and mechanical and mechanical structure principle of the International Alliance co-sponsored by the British Society of Mechanical Engineers. The meeting is held every four years. The first session was held in September 1976 in the same location. About 180 delegates from nearly 20 countries participated in this session (our country is the first to attend the meeting)
