休克时全身血液供应不足,组织缺氧,三羧酸循环和线粒体呼吸链的功能受抑制,往往导致组织ATP的合成下降。因此测定休克时组织ATP的含量,可以反映细胞的能量代谢障碍。我们对G.Paul介绍的组织ATP测定方法在样品取材和试剂保存方面作了改进,并且测定了实验性失血性休克模型以及复苏条件下家兔骨骼肌组织ATP的含量。现将结果和方法报告如下。材料和方法一、材料成年家兔37只,性别不拘,体重2.0—3.0 kg。分为三组:假手术组11只;平衡盐液复苏组13只;平衡盐液+ATP-MgCl_2
Shock systemic blood supply, hypoxia, tricarboxylic acid cycle and mitochondrial respiratory chain function inhibition, often lead to the synthesis of tissue ATP decreased. Therefore, the measurement of tissue ATP content in shock, can reflect the cell’s energy metabolism disorders. Our method of tissue ATP determination introduced by G. Paul has been improved in sample preparation and reagent preservation. The experimental hemorrhagic shock model and the ATP content of rabbit skeletal muscle under resuscitation were also measured.
