学校是以班级为单位组成的大集体,班级的好坏直接影响着学校的荣誉和发展,决定着学生是否能健康快乐的成长。而一个班级的好坏起主导作用的则是班主任,只有加强班主任的班级管理能力,才能使班级得到良好发展,使小学生健康快乐的成长。然而,班级管理是个复杂的工作,如何了解班主任班级管理的重要性,提高班主任班级管理的能力,促进学生的学习、班级的团结、学校的荣誉是本文探究的重点。
The school is composed of a large class units, the class directly affects the quality of the school’s honor and development, determines whether the students healthy and happy growth. A class of good or bad plays a leading role is the class teacher, only to strengthen the class manager’s class management skills, can the class be well developed, so that healthy and happy primary growth. However, class management is a complex task. How to understand the importance of class management, how to improve the class management ability, to promote student learning, class unity, and school honor are the focuses of this paper.
