以李某犯罪为例反观“×二代”社会化的家庭障碍主要表现在:过度物质满足,制造了性格上的隐忧;监护责任缺失,放任不良行为;“人造”教育环境,社会适应缺陷;社会资源滥用,助力子女为所欲为;注重特长培养,忽视健全人格培育。据此提示“×一代”:分清职业角色与父母角色界限,认真履行对子女监护职责;重视奋斗精神的传承,淡化人脉和物质资源;检点自己,依法保护孩子。指出这一事件暴露了我国对未成年人监护人的教育、监督和惩戒的漏洞,以此为鉴完善相关法律制度和强化管理是政府和社会的责任。
