1 医院“形象工程”建设的重要意义 医院形象是医院文化建设的重要内容,是医院精神的外在表现。医院形象是社会公众心目中,用一定的标准对医院的整体要求和评价,即社会个体或群体对医院的整体看法。在现代经济社会公众中,一个医院美好的社会形象是它最重要的无形资产。医院如果在社会公众中被认为是技术精良、服务质量好,就会赢得社会的赞誉,有了美好的形象,那它将受益无穷。它能因此而吸引更多的患者;能招聘到优秀的人才;能增强自己职工的向心力和归属感;能比较容易地吸引外资和争取到各种资金。总之,一个医院的社会形象好就能得到多助,兴旺发达。相反,如果医疗服务质量低劣,就会失去病
1 The significance of the hospital’s “image project” construction The hospital image is an important part of the hospital’s cultural construction and an external manifestation of the hospital’s spirit. The image of the hospital is the general public’s opinion and evaluation of the hospital with a certain standard, that is, the social individual or group’s overall view of the hospital. In the modern economy and society, the good social image of a hospital is its most important intangible asset. If the hospital is considered to be technically superior and the service quality is good in the public, it will win the praise of the society. With a good image, it will benefit enormously. It can attract more patients because of this; it can recruit outstanding talents; it can enhance the centripetal force and sense of belonging of its employees; and it can easily attract foreign capital and obtain various funds. In short, a good social image of a hospital can be helped and prospered. On the contrary, if the medical service is of poor quality, it will lose its health.
