目的:探讨腹腔镜手术在妇产科中的应用价值;方法:通过对我院50例妇产科疾病患者采用腹腔镜手术治疗进行回顾性分析;结果:本组50例妇产科患者均行腹腔镜手术完成,并且通过临床对妇科疾病进行治疗,成功率可以达到95.2%以上,在手术的过程中出血量在5～750ml,平均为53ml,手术的时间为30～240分钟,平均手术的时间为85分钟。结论:腹腔镜手术治疗妇产科疾病具有非常好的效果,并且术后患者创伤小、并发症少、恢复快等优点,腹腔镜技术对妇产科疾病治疗具有广泛的应用前景。
