目的观察前列腺增生(Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia,BPH)超声造影基本特征。方法对15例前列腺特异性抗原(Prostate Specific Antigen,PSA)增高患者,采用Sono Vue造影剂行超声造影,动态观察造影全过程,时间-强度曲线对内腺、外腺进行定量分析,对造影可疑区域实施穿刺,并同时行标准6点穿刺。结果前列腺峰值强度内腺大于外腺(P<0.05),两者之间存在统计学差异;上升支斜率内腺大于外腺(P<0.05),两者之间存在统计学差异;在开始显影时间、达峰值强度时间比较(P>0.05),两者之间均无明显统计学差异。结论超声造影可动态反映BPH内腺、外腺血流灌注动态变化过程,并可进行定量分析。
Objective To observe the basic features of ultrasound contrast echocardiography of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Methods Fifteen patients with elevated Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA) were enrolled in this study. SonoVue contrast agent was used to perform contrast-enhanced ultrasound and dynamic contrast-enhanced whole body imaging. The time-intensity curve was used to quantitatively analyze the gland and gland. Regional puncture, and at the same time the standard 6:00 puncture. Results The peak intensity of the prostate was higher than that of the outer gland (P <0.05), and there was a significant difference between them (P <0.05). There was a statistically significant difference between the inner gland and the outer gland Time, up to peak intensity time comparison (P> 0.05), there was no significant difference between the two. Conclusion Contrast-enhanced ultrasound can dynamically reflect the dynamic changes of blood flow perfusion in the glandular and adductormal glands of BPH and can be quantitatively analyzed.
