目的确立住院医师规范化培训考评体系各级指标的权重系数。方法采用Delphi法与优序图相结合的方法确立指标权重系数。结果本考核指标体系有3个层次,其中政治思想与医德医风、必修理论课、临床实践能力、教学与科研能力4项一级指标的权重系数分别为0.2514、0.2399、0.3628、0.1459。Kendall’sω为0.672(P=0.000)。结论运用优序图法确定指标权重结果稳定可靠。
Objective To establish the weight coefficient of residents’ standardized training appraisal system at all levels. Methods The method of combining Delphi method with preferential sequence chart is used to establish index weight coefficient. Results The evaluation index system has three levels, of which the weight coefficient of the four first-level indicators of political thought and medical ethics, compulsory theoretical courses, clinical practice ability, teaching and research ability are 0.2514,0.2399,0.3628,0.1459 respectively. Kendall’s ω is 0.672 (P = 0.000). Conclusions The result of using index sequence method to determine index weight is stable and reliable.
