换热装置中的管束在流体力作用下会产生流致振动,过度的流致振动会导致换热器部件的损坏。尤其是核蒸汽发生器的U型弯管段处于两相流作用下,由于两相流和管束结构的复杂性以及两相流与复杂管束的强耦合作用,在研究两相流作用下的管束流致振动问题时,存在以下3个关键力学问题及难点:两相流力学模型的建立;流致振动关键动力学参数的获取;两相流流致振动机理的研究。将针对以上3点问题对管束两相流流致振动的研究进展进行综述和讨论,并提出待解决的问题。
The tube bundle in the heat exchange device will produce flow-induced vibration under the action of fluid force. Excessive flow-induced vibration will cause damage to the heat exchanger components. Especially, the U-shaped elbow section of the nuclear steam generator is under the action of two-phase flow. Due to the complexity of the two-phase flow and the structure of the tube bundle and the strong coupling between the two-phase flow and the complex tube bundle, There are three key mechanics problems and difficulties in flow-induced vibration: the establishment of two-phase flow mechanics model; the acquisition of key dynamic parameters of flow-induced vibration; and the study on the mechanism of vibration induced by two-phase flow. The research progress on the vibration induced by the two-phase flow in a tube bundle with respect to the above three problems will be reviewed and discussed, and the problems to be solved will be raised.
