以石家庄城郊鹿泉区李村镇邓村的凤凰三露果蔬生态园为研究对象,对小型现代农业园区的功能分区进行全面系统的研究,旨在用更为细致的指标来指导小型农业园区的规划设计和农业分区。基于功能用地适宜性评价方法,筛选出指导园区功能分区的6个评价指标,构建评价指标体系使功能区的划分更加科学合理。在充分调查和访谈的基础上,研究得出研究区适宜划分为农业生产、科技示范、观光休闲和综合服务4个功能区。运用层次分析法和专家访谈法分别得出因素指标相对各功能区的权重和等级值。结合GIS技术,进行加权叠加运算,确定各功能分区的用地适宜性评价结果。在此基础上,运用直接叠加法结合相关公式,计算得出现代农业园区的最优功能分区方案。实现方法上的突破,解决了以往规划凭经验,数据靠估计的问题,完成定性到定量的转变,使规划更趋合理。
This paper takes Phoenix Sanlu Fruit and Vegetable Ecological Park in Dengcun Village, Licun Town, Shijiazhuang Suburb as a research object, to conduct a comprehensive and systematic research on the functional zoning of small modern agricultural park, with a view to guiding the planning of small-scale agricultural park with more detailed indexes Design and agriculture zoning. Based on the evaluation method of functional land suitability, six evaluation indexes that guide the functional zoning of the park are selected, and the evaluation index system is constructed so that the division of functional zones is more scientific and reasonable. On the basis of full investigation and interviews, the study concluded that the study area is suitable for being divided into four functional areas of agricultural production, science and technology demonstration, sightseeing and leisure and integrated services. Using AHP and expert interviews, the weight and grade of each index are obtained respectively. Combined with GIS technology, weighted overlay operation is carried out to determine the suitability evaluation result of each function zone. On this basis, using the direct superposition method and the related formula, the optimal function zoning scheme of modern agricultural park can be calculated. To achieve a breakthrough in the method to solve the past planning experience, the data rely on the estimation of the problem, complete the qualitative to quantitative changes, the planning more reasonable.
