Once upon a time, as a very serious word in an honest and clean government, one of the basic requirements of the party and the people for cadres suddenly changed into a buzz word in society. Some cadres should speak at every meeting of the government to be honest and incorruptible, and everybody must talk about integrity and cleanliness. Some even bring a bit of banter when they mention the words of integrity. Some people are chastised to the integrity of the body all day, talking about the clean government, hanging on the wall
