本论文从消防设施管理、消防设施利用、使用人员消防素质、消防设备维护保养等四方面简要分析多产权建筑消防安全管理现状。阐述这些现状存在的原因是由消防安全管理组织制度不完善、多产权建筑消防责任不明确、多产权建筑单位“四个能力”建设落实不到位引起的。提出了建立健全消防管理机制及消防监督管理体系、强化多产权建筑的主体责任、加强多产权建筑业主的消防宣传教育、大力保障消防设备维护保养经费四方面对策以提高多产权建筑消防安全管理。
This paper briefly analyzes the status quo of fire safety management of multi-property buildings from the aspects of fire-fighting facilities management, utilization of fire-fighting facilities, fire-fighting quality of using personnel, and maintenance and maintenance of fire-fighting equipment. Explaining the existence of these conditions is caused by the incomplete system of fire safety management organizations, the unclear fire protection responsibilities of multiple property rights buildings, and the incomplete implementation of the “four capabilities” construction of multi-property construction units. It puts forward four measures to establish and improve the fire management system and fire supervision and management system, strengthen the main responsibility of multi-property building, strengthen the propaganda and education of fire protection for multi-property building owners, and vigorously guarantee the maintenance funds for fire-fighting equipment to improve the fire safety management of multi-property buildings.
