[目的]研究一种适合基层使用的生活饮用水中氨氮测定方法。[方法]采用离子选择性电极法测定,并与纳氏试剂分光光度法比较。[结果]该法具有操作简单、快速、准确、干扰少等优点。测定3份合成水样,相对标准偏差为0.50%~2.44%,检出限(3δ)0.032 mg/L,回收率95.0%~106.7,结果两法类似。[结论]此法实用性强,适合基层用于生活饮用水中氨氮的测定,结果满意。
[Objective] To study a method for determination of ammonia nitrogen in drinking water suitable for primary use. [Method] The ion selective electrode method was used for determination and compared with Nessler ’s reagent spectrophotometry. [Results] The method has the advantages of simple operation, fast, accurate, less interference. The relative standard deviations were 0.50% ~ 2.44%. The detection limit (3δ) was 0.032 mg / L. The recoveries ranged from 95.0% ~ 106.7. The results of two methods were similar. [Conclusion] This method is practical and suitable for the determination of ammonia nitrogen in drinking water at grassroots level with satisfactory results.
