January 22, 2009, the province’s reservoir water conservation conference held in Maoming. The meeting comprehensively analyzed the current situation and tasks of reservoir water resources protection in our province and put forward the most stringent water resources management and protection measures to strengthen reservoir water resources protection. Vice Minister of Water Conservancy Hu Siyi attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Vice Governor Li Ronggen delivered a written speech. Secretary of the Party Group and Director Huang Baiqing deployed the reservoir in the province.
