为了解离心机转子系统的温度分布 ,在分析离心机转子系统传热机理的基础上 ,将双层材料的离心机转子温度场处理成求解二维轴对称稳态温度场的数学模型。利用四边形四节点等参单元的有限元方法 ,建立了计算离心机转子系统温度分布的数值计算方法 ,计算出了不同条件下的温度场分布 ,并与实验结果进行比较。对双层材料离心机转子传热特性和离心机参数进行了分析和研究。
In order to understand the temperature distribution of centrifuge rotor system, based on the analysis of the heat transfer mechanism of centrifuge rotor system, the temperature field of centrifuge rotor with double-layer material is processed into a mathematical model for solving two-dimensional axisymmetric steady-state temperature field. By using the finite element method of quadrilateral four-element isoparametric element, a numerical calculation method for calculating the temperature distribution of the centrifuge rotor system is established. The temperature field distribution under different conditions is calculated and compared with the experimental results. The heat transfer characteristics and centrifuge parameters of double-layer material centrifuge rotor were analyzed and studied.
