建立了用最小二乘法评定椭球度误差的数学模型;定性和定量地分析了椭球度误差,并把它分解成了形状、参数和方向三种误差;给出了每种误差的计算公式和补偿原则。该数学模型可作为椭球面测量和加工的理论依据。
The mathematic model of the ellipsoid error was established by the least square method. The ellipsoid error was analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively, and then it was decomposed into three kinds of errors: shape, parameter and direction. The formula of each error was given And compensation principle. The mathematical model can be used as the theoretical basis for ellipsoid measurement and processing.
