The Central State Authorities and Research Institutions Libraries Society and the Zhangjiakou City Library Society held a special seminar entitled “Cooperation and Coordination of Literature Collection and Services” in Zhangjiakou City Library from July 24, 1989 to July 29, 1989. Commissioner Wang Juoxin, Director of Literature Division of Information Science Division of State Science and Technology Commission and Director Wang Weixin of Coordination Office of Library Bureau made special reports on the layout and coordinated development of document resources respectively.
