目的研究分析微淋巴管密度(MLVD)和缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)在分化型甲状腺癌组织中的表达情况及相关性。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测100例分化型甲状腺癌组织中MLVD和HIF-1α的表达情况及分析二者表达的相关性。结果分化型甲状腺癌组织中MLVD和HIF-1α的表达比结节性甲状腺肿组织的表达显著升高(t=4.153和χ2=21.061,P<0.05),具有统计学意义。分化型甲状腺癌组织中MLVD和HIF-1α的表达呈正相关(r=0.662,P<0.05)。结论分化型甲状腺癌组织中HIF-1α和MLVD的表达较高,HIF-1α与分化型甲状腺癌组织MLVD呈高度正相关。
Objective To study the expression and correlation of lymphatic vessel density (MLVD) and hypoxia inducible factor-1α (HIF-1α) in differentiated thyroid carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of MLVD and HIF-1α in 100 cases of differentiated thyroid carcinoma and their relationship. Results The expression of MLVD and HIF-1α in differentiated thyroid carcinoma was significantly higher than that in nodular goiter (t = 4.153 and χ2 = 21.061, P <0.05), which was statistically significant. The expression of MLVD and HIF-1α in differentiated thyroid cancer was positively correlated (r = 0.662, P <0.05). Conclusions The expression of HIF-1α and MLVD in differentiated thyroid carcinoma is high, and HIF-1α is positively correlated with MLVD in differentiated thyroid cancer.
