December 4, 2016 This is the third national constitutional day. The General Office of the NPC Standing Committee, the Central Propaganda Department, the Ministry of Justice, and the Standing Committee of Zhejiang Provincial People’s Congress jointly hold the 2016 National Constitution Day Symposium in Hangzhou. On the same day, the first constitution of the People’s Republic of China located at Beishan Street, Hangzhou - “Historical Archives of May 4 Constitution” was officially opened.
