四川省实施追赶型跨越式发展战略 ,各级领导干部的作用极为重要。但是 ,当前 ,市厅级领导班子和干部队伍中存在的整体结构欠合理、个体素质差距大、作风建设欠扎实等突出问题 ,严重不适应新的经济形势发展的要求。解决这些问题的对策措施是 :( 1)强化宏观管理 ,把握干部工作全局 ;( 2 )拓宽识才视野 ,广开选贤任能渠道 ;( 3)强化培养锻炼 ,大力提高整体素质 ;( 4 )推动制度创新 ,深化干部制度改革。
The implementation of the catch-up development strategy in Sichuan Province is of great importance to the leading cadres at all levels. However, at present, prominent problems such as the overall structure of the leading bodies and cadres at the municipal government department and the ranks of cadres are not justified, the individual quality gap is large, and the style of work is not well established, seriously out of conformity with the requirements of the new economic situation.
