2002年7月 22——23日,吉林省在长春市召开了第十五次民政会议。会议总结1994年吉林省第十四次民政会议以来的全省民政工作,部署今后一个时期全省民政工作的任务。省委书记王云坤、省长洪虎、民政部副部长李学举出席会议并作了重要讲话。副省长李斌作了题为《与时俱进 开拓创新 努力开创我省民政事业的新局面》的工作报告,民政厅厅长朱克民作总结发言。省直有关部门领导、各市、州、县、区分管民政的领导、民政局局长、办公室主任、全省民政工作先进集体代表、先进个人及吉林省“孺子牛奖”获得者等210余人参加了会议。
