全国“两会”召开前,多名全国政协委员联合发布的一份“低碳宣言”引起了社会各界的关注。中国石化人大代表和政协委员,纷纷表达了对绿色低碳的关注和热情,为绿色低碳发展建言献策。记者就石油石化企业在节能减排、建设绿色低碳环境方面的问题,采访了代表委员。
