随着我国地质工作的加强,社会对地质专业人才的需求明显增加。越来越多的跨专业研究生加入到地质学研究生教育中来。跨专业研究生的地质专业知识薄弱,对他们的教育培养必须足够重视,而基础学科知识的补充是首要问题。通过有选择性地限制跨专业考生的资格、采取分班授课的教学方式以及加强地质实践教学等多种措施可以提高他们的地质专业基础水平。同时认为积极参与科学研究,发挥专业优势、有机地与地质专业结合是培养地质类复合型人才的重要途径。跨专业研究生刻苦努力是顺利地完成研究生学业的关键。
With the strengthening of geological work in our country, the demand of social professionals for geology has obviously increased. More and more interdisciplinary graduate students join the postgraduate education in geology. Geological professional knowledge of cross-discipline postgraduates is weak, and their education and training must be taken seriously. Supplement of basic disciplinary knowledge is the most important issue. By selectively restricting the qualifications of internship candidates, adopting teaching methods of placement classes and strengthening geological practice teaching, the foundation level of geology specialty can be improved. At the same time, it is considered that actively participating in scientific research and giving full play to professional advantages, and integrating organically with geology major is an important way to cultivate geosynthetics talents. The painstaking efforts of interdisciplinary graduate students are the key to the successful completion of postgraduate studies.
