美国公共行政学自1887年至今100余年的发展历程中,经历以"理性"逻辑为基础的发展路径和以"价值"逻辑为基础的发展路径。这两种路径是在美国宪政体制形构的"生态环境"中生发出来的,理性和价值是一对矛盾统一体,未来的美国公共行政学将遵循"问题导向"的多视角渗透的整合路径。
