在新形势下,扎实稳固做好老干部工作是全面构建和谐社会、促进企事业全面发展的需要。当前我国的老干部服务管理工作面临诸多新的情况、新的问题尚需解决。随着社会改革的不断深入,老干部工作的理念也应适应社会的发展,不断更新理念,创新老干部工作模式以适应社会的发展。“人”是老干部工作的核心,在老干部工作中树立“以人为本”理念是做好老干部工作的根本保障;“以人为本”的理念是以人为导向,围绕人全面展开各项工作。
