工会是党联系群众的重要纽带,肩负着思想政治教育的重要职责。近年来,随着国企改制的不断推进,企业的用工形式、经营方式、分配制度等都发生了很大的变化,各种深层次的矛盾开始涌现,各种利益关系相互纠葛,国企员工的思想状况发生了很大的变化,给思想政治工作带来了压力和挑战。这就需要国有企业加强工会思想政治工作,切实提高员工的思想政治水平,促进国有企业健康持续的发展。
