随着经济的发展和市场经济的逐步深化,激烈的医疗市场竞争使各级医疗机构面临生存与发展的考验。近年来,我国医疗制度改革不断深化,医院方面如何适应国家医疗制度制度的改革,如何积极主动的参与医疗市场的竞争是摆在医院管理者面前严峻的问题。本文将针对当前社会背景下,构建节约型医院的必要性和如何通过加强成本控制构建节约型医院进行分析探讨,旨在促进我国医疗事业的发展和建立顺应时代发展潮流的现代化医疗机构。
With the economic development and the gradual deepening of the market economy, fierce competition in the medical market has made medical institutions at all levels face the test of survival and development. In recent years, the reform of China’s medical system has been continuously deepened. How hospitals adapt to the reform of the national medical system and how to actively participate in the competition in the medical market is a serious problem for hospital administrators. This article will address the current social background, the necessity of building a conservation-oriented hospital and how to build a conservation-oriented hospital by strengthening cost control for analysis and discussion. It aims to promote the development of China’s medical industry and establish a modern medical institution that complies with the development trend of the times.
