苏霍姆林斯基说过:“在人的心灵深处,都有一种根深蒂固的需要,希望自己是一个发现者、研究者、探索者,而在儿童的精神世界,这种需要则特别强烈。”因此在教学中,教师应正视每一个学生与生俱来的创造天赋,挖掘、发现和培养学生的创新意识和创新能力。一、挑战权威,大胆质疑创新素质中最基本的态度之一就是质疑,最基本的精神之一就是批判。好奇、质疑是儿童的天性,是孕育探索未知世界的摇篮,因此,在教学活动中要注意设疑,鼓励学生大胆质疑,发展他们的创造性思维品质,培养学生独立思考的习惯,让学生敢于挑战权威。
