房地产业是拉动新一轮经济扩张的重要源头,是决策部门关注的重点对象,房地产调控也成为我们观察宏观政策取向的“风向标”。在微观层面,居住作为居民的基本生活条件,住房作为民生课题的重中之重,房地产政策又关乎一个社会的财富流向和公平,为广大公众所关切,并成为民意的“晴雨表”。
Real estate is an important source of stimulating a new round of economic expansion and a key target of decision-making departments. Real estate regulation and control has also become a “vane” of our macroeconomic policy orientation. At the micro level, housing as the basic living conditions of residents, housing as the most important issue of livelihood, real estate policy is about a society’s wealth flow and fairness, for the general public are concerned, and become the “barometer of public opinion.”
