目前国内开展McAb检查AL的报道日益增多,鉴于国内所使用的许多McAb的专一性较差,往往会将一些白血病误认为是双表型白血病,应引以为训.
At present, there are more reports about the detection of AL in McAb in China. In view of the poor specificity of many McAbs used in China, some leukemias are often misidentified as double-phenotype leukemia and should be used as a guide.
