现象: 有一辆装有六档变速器的解放CA141型汽车,挂前进档或挂倒档,加油行驶无异响,但松油门有异响。 故障排除: 分解变速器、发现第二轴花键磨损,换了第二轴、装车试验异响没解决。支车试验,发现变速器底部异响明显,便怀疑中间轴有问题,换新轴试验、异响仍没解决。再次分解变速器,经详细检查,发现变速器第一轴有微小变形,更换第一轴,异响消失。 原因分析:

Decomposition of the transmission again, after a detailed examination and found that there is a slight deformation of the first axis of the transmission, replace the first axis, abnormal noise disappears.
