以2个早籼不育系 V_(20)A、珍鼎28A 及其保持系,早籼恢复系 IR_(30),美国早籼品种兰贝利为亲本,配制6个组合的 F_1及其 F_2、BC 和 TPC(Three Parent Cross,三亲本杂交).研究发现;4个组合 F_1抽穗期表现为非感光早抽穗的无互作类型;另2个组合 V_(20)A/IR_(30)F_1和 V_(20)A/兰贝利Fl为感光迟抽穗的互作类型,其后代分离均为 F_2 37早(无互作):27迟(互作),B_1C 3早:1迟,B_2 C1早:1迟.分析表明控制这些亲本抽穗期的主基因差异可能有3对:Aa、Bb 和 Cc.当 A、B 和 C 同时存在(A—B—C—)时,它们之间相互作用的结果使植株表现感光迟抽穗.当这3种显性基因不同时存在或都不存在时,植株表现非感光早抽穗。6个亲本的4种核基因型暂定为:V_(20)A(B):aabb CC.珍鼎28A(B):AAbbcc,IR_(30):AABBcc,兰贝利:AABBcc。
A total of 6 combinations of F_1 and F_2 were prepared from two early indica CMS line V_ (20) A, Zhending 28A and their maintainer lines, early indica restorer line IR_ (30), and American early indica variety Lamberti , BC and TPC (Three Parent Cross) were studied.The results showed that there were no interaction types of non-photosensitive early heading at heading stage of four combinations F_1, and the other two combinations of V_ (20) A / IR_ (30) F_1 And V_ (20) A / Ranbeili Fl were the late-heading type of photosynthesis, and their offspring segregation was F_237 early (no interaction): 27 late (interaction), B_1C 3 early: 1 late, B_2 C1 Early: 1 late Analysis suggests that there may be 3 pairs of major genes controlling the heading date of these parents: Aa, Bb and Cc. When A, B and C are both present (A-B-C-), they interact with each other The plants showed photosynthetic late heading.When the three dominant genes were not present simultaneously or nonexistent, the plants showed non-sensitized early heading. The four nuclear genotypes of the six parents were tentatively scheduled to be: V 20 A (B): aabb CC. Zhending 28A (B): AAbbcc, IR_ (30): AABBcc, Lamberti: AABBcc.
