大型超市、百货商场都是人们日常生活中经常接触到的场所。随着百货企业数量的增多和民众物资生活质量的提高,人们在购物消费的时候有了更多的选择,这种形势极大的刺激了百货企业的发展但也同时造成了不小的竞争压力。每个百货企业都试图通过采取各种管理措施带领企业走上可持续发展道路,其中资金管理作为百货企业管理的重要模块一直以来备受财务重视,但是在处理一些资金管理关键环节的部分还有待调整和提升。
