在含水率为86.1%的脱水污泥中分别添加10%的电石渣和工业生石灰,其搅拌30min后及自然晾晒24,48,72,96,120 h后的含水率持续线性下降,自然晾晒120 h后可达到填埋标准;添加电石渣及石灰的污泥,其单位质量水分蒸发速率与原污泥有本质差异;两种改性剂均可使污泥比阻降低50%左右;经板框压滤机压滤出的泥饼含水率分别下降为60.16%和65.24%。两种改性剂相比,除自然晾晒的含水率降低略劣于石灰外,电石渣对污泥的蒸发速率、比阻及压滤性能的改变均优于石灰,可完全代替石灰用于污泥改性剂。“,”After adding 10% of calcium carbide and industrial lime into dewatered sludge with 86.1% moisture content,changes of moisture content after 30 min mixing,24~120 h natural drying,evaporation rate,sludge specific resistance and sludge filter press were assayed,respectively.The results show that: adding calcium carbide and industrial lime into sludge,moisture content showed a linear decline to achieve a rapid drying purposes either after 30 min mixing or during 24~120 h natural drying.Sludge mixed with calcium carbide and industrial lime,evaporation rate was quite different from non-mixture and,sludge specific resistance droped to 50% and sludge filter press droped to 60.16% and 65.24%.
