近年来,我国经济得到迅猛发展、人民生活水平有了显著提高,关注弱势群体的体育参与成为我国构建和谐社会的基本要求。残疾人的身心发展与健康已成为我国目前中国群众体育中不可回避的重要问题。在此采用文献资料法、访谈法、逻辑分析法,对甘肃省学校残疾人的体育参与现状进行调查分析,客观地描述了甘肃省在校残疾儿童的体育参与情况,并对影响残疾儿童体育参与的因素进行初步分析,提出促进残疾儿童体育发展的相关对策。
