研究了Raney镍铝合金中添加少量Ti,Cu等第三组分助剂对骨架镍催化剂上丁炔二醇加氢反应活性的影响。并通过正交设计实验确立了Ti为第三组分助剂,催化反应体系适宜的工艺条件为反应温度90℃~110℃,氢压2.0MPa~3.0MPa。了快二醇转化率100%,丁二醇选择性达98.7%。
The effects of the addition of a small amount of Ti, Cu and other third component additives on the hydrogenation of butynediol on Raney nickel-aluminum alloy were investigated. Through the orthogonal design experiments, Ti as the third component additive was established. The suitable reaction conditions were as follows: reaction temperature 90 ℃ ~ 110 ℃, hydrogen pressure 2.0MPa ~ 3.0MPa. Fast diol conversion of 100%, butanediol selectivity of 98.7%.
