对230例各类早搏儿进行系统二维心脏超声和多普勒心脏超声检查。舒张末期左心室内径(LVDDd)、收缩期左心室内径(LVSd)、心肌炎早搏组(除1~6a)均明显高于单纯性早搏组(P<0.05)。左心室内径增大检出率,心肌炎早搏组大于单纯性早搏组,分别为21.52%和1.39%。认为单纯性早搏以功能性居多。
Systemic two-dimensional echocardiography and Doppler echocardiography were performed on 230 premature infants. Left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVDDd), systolic left ventricular diameter (LVSd) and myocarditis premature beats group (except 1 ~ 6a) were significantly higher than that of simple premature beats group (P <0.05). The detection rate of left ventricular diameter increased, myocarditis premature beats group than the simple premature beats group, respectively 21.52% and 1.39%. Simple premature beats are mostly functional.
