农村成人教育的目的不能只单纯的注重科学文化知识与技能的培训,更重要的是满足成人发展的需要,满足农村群体精神文明和物质文明的需要,通过教育与培训提高他们的知识层面、法制意识、实用技术、生活水平等。我国农村成人教育相对于发达国家来说,存在一定问题,应该受到社会各界特别是党和政府的认识和重视。通过成人教育开发农村人力资源,加大对农村成人教育,切实改善农村成人教育环境,以全面提高农村劳动者的素质,促进我国新农村建设。
