国产柴油机Ⅱ号泵调速器可用于黄河牌汽车、拖拉机、工程机械、船舶机械等的小型柴油机上,其调试方法基本相同,但由于用的地方不同,要求不同,因此调试数据各异.现就JN150型汽车6135Q型柴油机及JN151型汽车6120Q型柴油机的Ⅱ号泵调速器的检查校试叙述如下,其它仅列出调试数据,以供参考.喷油泵调速器每工作500小时应进行检查调试,如发现柴油机工作不正常、功率不足、运转不均匀、排气冒黑烟、油耗增加,很可能是由于喷油泵出了毛病,应进行喷油泵调速器的检查调试.
