将40只小鼠按体重顺序随机分为低价格(0.2元/g)、中价格(0.3元/g)、高价格(0.4元/g)染发剂组和凡士林对照组,每组10只。每周经皮给药5 d,连续3周,实验结束后,测定小鼠精子畸形率、精子数量与睾丸超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)水平。与对照组相比,低价格组睾丸MDA含量、SOD活力及GSH含量均显著升高(P<0.05);高价格组精子畸形率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。提示氧化型染发剂对小鼠睾丸可能具有一定的过氧化损伤作用,且可导致小鼠精子畸形率升高。
40 mice were randomly divided into low price (0.2 yuan / g), medium price (0.3 yuan / g), high price (0.4 yuan / g) hair dye group and vaseline control group, 10 mice in each group. Tip oxidative hair dye on the mouse testis may have a role in peroxide damage, and can lead to increased sperm deformity in mice.
