在幼儿园的语言活动中,首先要给孩子创设一个宽松的心理环境,有了宽松,孩子才想说、愿说,从而感受说的快乐。很多教师以为坐地毯、自由发言、不否定孩子的答案等做法就是宽松,而我认为,宽松的概念应更广泛,不仅仅是外在的表现,更多的是心理上的深层次平等。即:宽松就是应让孩子感到“没有压力、没有恐惧,不强调对错与好坏”,宽松环境下的师生关系应是“平等和谐、理解接纳、支持与鼓励的”。
In kindergarten language activities, we must first create a relaxed psychological environment for children, with ease, the child would like to say, would say, and thus feel happy to say. Many teachers think that the idea of sitting on a rug, speaking freely and not denying a child’s answer is lenient. I think the concept of leniency should be more extensive, not just external, but more deeply psychologically profound. That is, leniency means that children should feel “no pressure, no fear, no emphasis on right and wrong.” The relationship between teachers and students in a relaxed environment should be “equality and harmony, understanding and acceptance, support and encouragement.”
